Tonight is the last chance for parents and students in Jackson County to voice their suggestions or concerns before rezoning for the upcoming 2017-2018 school year is finalized. Police concerned about rash of daytime burglaries

ATHENS, Ga. — The Athens-Clarke County Police Department said Monday that they’ve seen an increase in burglaries in the area of Lexington Rd. and Gaines School Rd. The Athens-Clarke County police are looking for a man who is responsible for reports of rape/child molestation. On Friday, November 11, the Athens-Clarke County Police Department released the sketch below of the suspect sought.
