Don’t think prisoners can vote? Think again!  In the state of Georgia, prisoners can vote from behind bars as long as they have not been convicted of a felony.  Voting is done by absentee ballot and mailed or faxed to the Board of Elections office. 50 million people are expected to watch tonight’s Presidential Debate between President Barack Obama and Governor Mitt Romney. That makes the 2012 Presidential Debate the single most watched event of the campaign.
