UGA President Weighs in on Halting Bars and Apartments Downtown

The Athens-Clarke County moratorium that was put in effect earlier this month is still drawing criticism from both sides — most recently by President of the University of Georgia Jere Morehead. Business Changing its Locations in Athens

ATHENS, Ga-  One business in Athens is on the move. Half Moon Outfitters will be relocating to Prince Avenue and taking over the empty New Way Cleaners building. Half Moon manager Chad Hall says he’s looking forward to having five times more space than they currently have.
