Athens, GA — Police are attending to a car accident on the corner of Broad St. and Harris St. in Athens. The collision occurred around 9 a.m. Tuesday morning. Storms that reached northwest Georgia the night before have created traffic hazards. The Athens area is under a tornado watch until 11 a.m.
