Former Athens-Clarke County Police Chief has his First Day in Savannah

Former Athens police chief starts his first day in a new city today.  Jack Lumpkin was sworn in as the new Savannah Chatham County police chief yesterday. Lumpkin comes in to Savannah  at a time of controversy as its former police chief, Willie Lovett will go to trial next week for allegations of gambling and extortion.
