Georgia Swim Team Hopeful for SEC Title

ATHENS, GA – The Georgia Swim Team is looking to take home a SEC title at the Southeastern Conference Championships this week

The number one ranked Lady Bulldogs have won the conference title for the last five years. The men’s team is ranked 8th—they have placed third for the past three years. They are led by Chase Kalisz who has the fastest times in the country for the 200 and 400 individual medley.

Head Coach Jack Bauerle says this championship is the most competitive conference meet there is. Prelims start tomorrow at Auburn and the championships will go through Saturday
