Athens-Traffic on Pope Street has returned to normal. The Athens-Clarke County police are monitoring the area where UGA students have been harassing a resident living on the street. The Athens-Clarke County Police tweeted to the website, Totalfratmove.com, to warn students that they are heavily patrolling the area and that the resident should be left alone.
