Commissioner Speaks Out on Government Transparency

Athens-Clarke commissioners disagree over whether an update to the Utilities Plan should have been passed after a 90 page document about the plan was not released to the public. Commissioners only released a shortened 8 page document. Reporter Rayleigh Rozier talks to Commissioner Jerry Nesmith who is leading the change on government transparency.
