According to the linkedin page of Sang Don Nam he is a University of Georgia Resident Hall Assistant.
Nam was arrested September 1st on 22 counts of Child Pornography. He posted $22,000 bond on September 2.
The Athens Clarke-County Police Department ‘s incident report states that the GBI ICAC taskforce notified the ACCPD on July 26th about Nam’s online activity.
The University of Georgia released the following statement:
“The University’s Code of Conduct expressly prohibits any member of the student body from conduct that threatens or endangers the health or safety of another person. We are cooperating fully with authorities as they continue to investigate the incident. We take such incidents seriously and, as with any investigation of this nature, are not able to disclose additional details.
