Recent UGA Grads Will Be Able to Buy Season Football Tickets

Athens, GA — The Athletic Association might have found a way to fill the empty seats on Saturdays in Sanford Stadium. The new “Young Alumni Program” will give recent graduates a chance to get those tickets cheap. Athletic Association Board Student Representative Ryan Scates says that on average, only about 11,000 of the 18,000 students with tickets actually show up for football games. The new program will allow recent graduates to buy these empty seats for only $40 per game.
