
Athens Police are still searching for an armed robbery suspect. The crime happened yesterday at the Golden Pantry on Atlanta Highway around 4 am.
Officials say the suspect has not yet been identified and there have been no arrests.
Businesses surrounding the convenient store say they have not been affected by the robbery. Polar Berry, a frozen yogurt shop, has not had any changes in security policies since the incident.
