Athens Clarke County to Help Homeless Population

ATHENS, GA — Action has been requested for the Cooperative Agreements to Benefit Homeless Individuals grant application for March 1. The rundown of this grant, if approved, would mean local government will have the resources to better provide for the homeless population of Athens.
