ATHENS — An Oconee County man died three days ago when his car crashed into a tractor-trailer on Jefferson Road near Putters Drive.
The victim has been identified as 51-year-old Perry Deraymonus Ponder of Hodges Mill Road in Watkinsville.
No charges have been filled pending completion of the investigation.
