Athens Clarke County Commission will be voting tomorrow on whether or not to approve free parking downtown for Black Friday on November 28th. If approved, free parking will be available on that day only at the Washington Street parking deck as well as the street meters. Free parking will not be allowed at the College Station Street deck nor that Saturday as Georgia Tech rolls in to Athens for the big rivalry game between the hedges.
