    • The Athens-Clarke County Police department is discussing a $150,000 grant from the U.S. Department of Justice to improve the relationship between the Justice and Mental Health Collaboration Program (JMCHP). Other items will be discussed at the Athens-Clarke County Board of Commissioners agenda setting meeting at 7 p.m. Follow us online for the latest details.
    • The murder trial for Corey Antwan Blount began Monday in Athens. Blount is facing multiple charges resulting from a double shooting that occurred on Commerce Road in Athens in May 2014. Reporter Allison Gowens is at the courthouse and will keep us updated.
