The Heroic Luckey Teacher

Anne Luckey is a  local first grade teacher at Oconee County Primary School. She is back in the classroom teaching while fighting the battle of breast cancer. She is a hero to her students and the community as she was raised in Oconee County herself and has been teaching in the county for 29 years. Reporter Shannon O’Keefe will give us the inside look on the role model teacher.

My sweet friend, Anne. I have lost touch with you over the years and did not know that you have been going through dealing with cancer. Seeing you in this video lets me know that you have not changed since the days we worked together when we were in college. You are still the beautiful, sweet, kind, funny lady that you have always been that continues to love children so much. I want you to know that I have thought of you so many times over the years and will be praying for your healing and God’s blessings for you and your family. Love you, girl!
