UGA Baseball Gets Big Win Against Clemson

The UGA Baseball team will go on the road this weekend to take on the Auburn Tigers. They’ll hope to repeat the same kind of success they had yesterday against a different team of Tigers.

The dogs got a big win against Clemson last night… snapping their rival’s five game win streak. The team came out hitting early and put four runs on the board in the first inning. Georgia had four different pitchers take the mound, and they didn’t disappoint. Clemson was shut out of the game and managed only two hits. This was Georgia’s fist two hit shut out since 2008. The team wants to build off this strong performance.

The Dogs first game against Auburn will be at 7 on Friday night.
