- East Athens Halloween Carnival
- Location: East Athens Community Center
- Time: 6:00-7:30 p.m.
- Fee: $3 ACC resident, $5 non-resident
- Contests, games, face painting, and crafts.
Wednesday, October 28
- Trunk or Treat
- Location: Baxter Street Police Substation, Athens
- Time: 4:30-6:30 p.m.
- Fee: FREE
- One Spooky Night
- Location- ACC Library
- Time: 6:30-8:00 p.m.
- Fee: FREE
- Put on your favorite costume and head to the library for a night of stories, puppet shows, crafts, and trick-or-treating.
Thursday, October 29
- Halloween Carnival & Boo! at the Zoo
- Location: Memorial Park
- Time: 5:00 – 8:00 p.m.
- Fee: $5 per child
- Trick-or-treat at Bear Hollow Zoo, then carnival at Memorial Park.
- Haunted Happy Hour Tour
- Location: Starts at Athens Welcome Center, ends at Creature Comforts Brewery
- Time: 5:30 – 7:00 p.m.
- Fee: $15 per person
- Explore the spooks of the Classic City.
- Scary Tales Haunted House
- Location: Oconee County Library
- Time: 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
- Fee: FREE
- Haunted house created by teens for families in Oconee County.
Friday, October 30
- Haunted History Ghost Walk
- Location: 285 South Main St., Madison
- Time: Tours begin at 7:30
- Fee: $15 per person
- Not recommended for children under 12.
