$1 Million Donation Earns UGA Miracle Naming Rights

The gym was named after UGA miracle’s donation of over 1 million dollars from their annual dance marathon event.

A comprehensive rehabilitation gym has been named after University of Georgia Miracle.

The Children”s Healthcare of Atlanta named the gym after UGA miracle donated more than 1 million dollars from their annual dance marathon event. Currently, UGA Miracle has nearly 6 million dollars to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.

The student-run non-profit organization is now the second biggest donor for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, second to Walmart. UGA Miracle plans on changing that.

“I think next year, I don’t want to commit them too much, but I think that it would be a big goal to maybe surpass walmart and raise over 1.2 million and be the largest donor to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta” says Mary Katherine Hall, UGA Miracle Finance Director.
