Athens, GA – The Buddy Christian Memorial 5k will be held this weekend in honor of Athens Senior Officer Buddy Christian. Officer Christian was shot and killed by Jamie Hood in 2011 while responding to a hostage situation. Reporter Ashley Rosenberg has more on how the memorial race supports families who have lost loved ones in the line of duty.
