Oconee County Library Costume Swap

Watkinsville, GA – The Oconee County Library is hosting a costume swap to help make Halloween less scary for your wallet. The library’s costume swap will allow people to trade in their old, used costume for a “new” one – free of charge. According to the National Retail Federation, this could save you some cash. The NRF predicts that the average person will spend $77.52 on Halloween, this year.

The library is accepting costumes until October 9th. The swap will take place this Saturday at 11 AM. Reporter Shannon O’Keefe has more details.
