UGA Football Heads to Lexington

Athens, Ga- The Georgia Dawgs will head to Lexington to face the Kentucky Wildcats on Saturday. This will be the fourth consecutive road game for the Dawgs. Kentucky will present a run-heavy offense to try to wear the Dawgs down. Kentucky has 5 players with more than 200 rushing yards on the season; that’s up against UGA’s two.  Last week, the Florida Gators gashed the Dawgs defense with their running attack as they dominated the entire game. Wide receiver Michael Bennett and defensive end Sterling Bailey blamed last week’s disappointing loss to Florida on the team’s overconfidence and underestimation of the Gators. Additionally, Tobi Johnson, defensive lineman for UGA, claimed they had a lack of respect for the Gators and the team is working hard to not have a let down in Lexington this week.  The Dawgs are currently ranked 20th and the game will start at noon.
