Fall in Georgia means it’s county fair time — an evening out for families with rides, games and livestock competitions.
The Madison Country Agricultural Fair has been running for 78 years out in Comer, Georgia, and is organized by the Comer Lions Club. It’s just $5 to get in to see the sights and shows, and ride tickets are available up the hill.
On the second night, students from the Introduction to Photojournalism courses headed out to see those sights. The fair runs through Oct. 3, with evening hours of 6-10 p.m. and a Saturday matinee, from noon to 4 p.m.
