Hurricane Matthew: I-16 EB Lanes Closed

Georgia Department of Public Safety has now confirmed all East Bound highways are closed because of the imminent threat of Hurricane Matthew. The lane closing starts at mile marker 32.

A 511 operator recommended  that those traveling in RV or campers should use the Atlanta Motor Speedway when traveling.

The U.S National Hurricane Center has extended a warning from Miami to the East Coast of Georgia.
