New senior living community in Commerce

Commerce, GA –  Paladin, Inc. is a company that is planning on building the first senior living community in Commerce. But before they can move forward with plans, they need an approval to reduce the sizes of their one-bedroom apartments. The company is looking for a reduction of 25% in apartment size, from 1200 square feet to 900 square feet since Paladin doesn’t believe 1200 square feet is necessary for the community they are planning on building. The change requires a vote by the Commerce Planning Commission, and voting takes place tonight at 7pm at the Commerce Civic Center.
