Athens, GA – Reporter Kenna Rogers just spoke with Sergeant York of the West Division of the Athens Clarke County Police Department. She asked him if posting nude photos of someone to an anonymous website is a felony or a misdemeanor, how often this happens, and what you can do to figure out who posted them.
Sergeant York says that there is not much information he can share about this particular case at this time. The police are still looking into the details.
