Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed has banned all non-essential travel to North Carolina, according Melissa Mullinax, Senior Advisor at Mayor Kasim Reed’s office. The order is due to the LGBT discriminatory law that recently passed there. New York, Connecticut and D.C. have already ordered the same.
