Braves Drop Series to Marlins After Wednesday Loss

ATLANTA — The Braves dropped its series with the Marlins after losing two games in a row. It was Jackie Robinson Day at Turner Field and every player wore the No. 42. The Marlins scored first, scoring two home runs and leading the Braves 5-0.

Atlanta’s Kelly Johnson hit a home run to speed things up for the Braves, but they still trailed by four.

The Braves lost 6-2.
