Early voting for the Georgia runoffs — two U.S. Senate races and a Public Service Commissioner race — opened in Athens-Clarke County on Dec. 14. Registered voters in Athens-Clarke County may vote early at any of the early voting locations in the county throughout December.

The two outstanding races will determine control of the U.S. Senate. Sen. David Purdue (R-Ga.) is running for reelection against Jon Ossoff (D), while Sen. Kelly Loeffler (R-Ga.) faces the Rev. Raphael Warnock (D). As for the Public Service Commissioner runoff, incumbent Lauren McDonald Jr. (R) will face Daniel Blackman (D).

There are five locations around the county available for early voting. Be sure to check the dates and times that your desired polling place is open, as availability varies from location to location.
