Exercise and You Will Sleep Better

Athens, GA – New research shows a link between exercising and patterns of sleep. UGA Researchers conducted an experiment monitoring men and women over the time span of 35 years. The results show that decreasing exercise time by one minute increased the number of complaints of sleep quality.
