    • Georgia football fell to no. 11 Florida Saturday 27-3 in Jacksonville, FL.
      • According to head coach Mark Richt in his telephone conference Sunday night, running back  Sony Michel fractured a bone in his hand early in the game but continued to play with a wrapped hand.

    • The University of Georgia Women’s Volleyball team lost in straight sets to no. 12 Florida Sunday night. The team has now lost 10 games in a row, its last win was on Sept. 19 against VCU.

    • UGA Men’s golf team is in Atlanta today for the East Lake Cup tournament. Georgia will face LSU teeing off at 11:55 a.m. The winner’s from the semi-final rounds will meet in the championship round on Tuesday.

    • High school football is winding down as playoffs approach. Prince Avenue Christian remains undefeated (9-0) as they beat Lakeview Academy 56-0 on Oct. 30. They return to action in their last regular season game against Providence Christian on Nov. 6.
