This morning Tomara Lowe pleased not guilt to six counts of aggravated assault and two counts of firearm possession in a crime amongst other charges. Lowe, an alleged member of the “2 Tuff” gang. Athens Clarke-County police department says the problem with gangs just got worse. Officers believe this is because of one reason: guns.
