Have You Been Counted? UGA Survey Measures Social Climate, Comfort on Campus

By Madison Keiger and Kalyn Wilson

Have you ever felt targeted, uncomfortable or unwelcomed on the University of Georgia’s campus? If so, now is your time to share your voice.

The University of Georgia has created a study to better understand the social climate of UGA through the eyes of the students. Reporter Madison Keiger spoke with students and faculty to hear thoughts on the survey.

The study needs 30 percent participation in the survey in order for the results to accurately represent the campus population. The university is currently at 8 percent participation, and the study closes on Nov. 20, 2015.

To take the questionnaire or for more information, visit this link. The survey takes approximately 20-30 minutes to complete, and must be completed in one setting.
