Local Organizations Teach Self-Defense

Knowing a few simple moves can keep you safe from an attack.

American Black Belt Academy director Randy McElwee and S.A.F.E. women’s self-defense program coordinator Lindsey Fields teach women how to protect themselves from attacks.

If you want to learn some techniques, the American Black Belt Academy has a training day this Saturday from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. for $29.99 per person.
