Student Arrested For Shooting On School Grounds

Athens- A UGA fraternity president is spending his day behind bars. Police charged TKE President Gregory O’Brien with aggravated assault and possessing a firearm on school grounds after he allegedly fired a round into the air during an altercation with a rival fraternity.
