New Cuddlr App Has Its Advantages And Disadvantages

The new app Cuddlr offers strangers a chance to meet up and cuddle. Unlike the app Tinder, where strangers plan to meet up to likely do more than cuddle, Cuddlr was created for people who just want somebody to snuggle with. While some UGA students use the app, UGA police chief Jimmy Williamson tells students to exercise caution when meeting up with strangers. Joe Phua, a UGA assistant professor who specializes in social media and marketing, says he thinks the Cuddlr app is just another way for young people to try to connect with each other.
