Watkinsville, GA – Oconee County Sheriff’s Office honored Deputy David Gilstrap today at a ceremony at the Oconee County Civic Center. Gilstrap died in 2008 after a car struck him while on duty. Hear what one of his fellow officers had to say about working with Gistrap HERE.
