Former Top Chef Contestant Takes Part in Athens Science Cafe

Athens, Ga.– Chef and author, Hugh Acheson will be at the State Botanical Garden of Georgia’s Visitor Center today to host a class. The name of his class is Everyday Fermentation and will show guests how to pickle food. The event starts at 7 p.m. but the doors open at 6:30. Reporter Sierra Grady will have more about the event at 5 p.m.
