Paint the Town Pink 5K Color Run on Sunday

The University of Georgia’s Zeta Tau Alpha sorority will host its first annual Paint the Town Pink 5K Color Run in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month on Sunday, Oct. 11, at Sandy Creek Park. All proceeds from this race will benefit breast cancer education and awareness.

Registration and packet pickup will begin at 1 p.m. and the race will start at 2 p.m. Awards will be given in various age groups. Timing and results from the race will be provided by Classic Race Services on the following websites: www.classicraceservices.com, www.active.com, www.coolrunning.com and www.runningintheusa.com.
