Jefferson, GA – There is a World War II guru at Jefferson High School. Each year Pittard takes seniors from Jefferson to Europe to visit famous WWII battle sites . Throughout his European travels, Pittard has collected thousands of items from the war including books, postcards and photo albums. Reporter Heather Hyatt introduces you to this teacher who gives his students a learning experience outside of the classroom.
