MR. Comic Shop opened today in downtown Watkinsville.
The comic book store has thousands of comics and also carries graphic novels and collector editions of monthly comics. The shop will also have new comics offered every Wednesday and those who sign up for subscriptions to these will receive a 10% discount.
Store owner, John Crowe, is excited about all the enthusiasm from around town about the store. He says some of the most popular now are Batman, Spiderman, and The Walking Dead.
