Athens, GA– Everyone is still wondering the same question….When will Todd Gurley be back? Although the school is still investigating his case and we aren’t sure yet, we do know that Gurley will at least be on the field for practice this week. However, the dawgs still blew it out of the water this weekend with a 34 to nothing win.
The Dawgs shutout a ranked opponent on the road for the first time in school history. The team showed plenty of resilence after hearing of the bad news about Gurley. Freshman running back Nick Chubb as well as Brendan Douglass stepped up in place of the absent Gurley. The two running backs combined for more than two-hundred yards rushing and two touchdowns acrobatic touchdowns.
The bulldogs are steadily climbing the polls moving up three spots after the big win. The now 10th ranked bulldogs will take on Arkansas this Saturday and, as of right now, it looks like UGA will still be without star running back Todd Gurley.
