Warrant out for teen charged with theft by receiving

There’s a warrant out for a 19-year old’s arrest for theft by receiving. The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office says the teen had a stolen cell phone that was obtained during the robbery of a pizza delivery person on Kings Mill Run.
