20 year old U-G-A student Lucas Raposo is currently in custody after being charged with the shooting death of UGA student Min Seok Cho. Raposo was locked up today and charged with felony murder by the Athens-Clarke County Police Department just before noon today. Police say it was drug related. Grady Newsource will keep you updated.
