Earnest Smith, an Augusta legislator is taking action after someone digitally posted his head on the body of a nude man.
With today’s technology, photo manipulation occurs everyday. There are even apps on phones where you can put your head on other’s bodies– but you might want to think twice before creating your next masterpiece.
There is a picture of Earnest Smith with his head on the body of a male porn star. Cruel joke or funny parody? Smith is taking this matter seriously.
Representative Smith is trying to pass a bill to fight what has happened to not only him, but others.
Now if the Bill were to pass, it would make such photo manipulation a misdeanor with a 1,000 dollar fine.
