DreamHack Celebrates Its 25th Anniversary in Atlanta

DreamHack is a video game convention that takes place in several cities across the world multiple times a year. This year is the convention’s 25th anniversary. Hi-Rez Studios, makers of Smite and Paladins from Alpharetta, Georgia, held their own expo inside and revealed their new game: a team shooter called Rogue Company. There were also esports competitions, a cosplay competition, and student and indie developers showing off their games.

Josiah Byler is a senior majoring in journalism in the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Georgia.
