to Jacksonville, Florida. This is the 16th year UGA BCM has done their Ride for Christ for the University of Georgia’s fall break. UGA’s fall break happens the weekend of the rivalry football game between Georgia and Florida.

Participants ride through the night making this 300 mile ride in 30 hours.

Participating in the bike ride is not the only option for individuals interested in raising money for missions. The mission offers individuals the opportunity to ride along in the cars guiding the riding group and cheering on the biking participants.

In order to participate in the ride or the mission the ministry asks that each individual raises $300 for ministries. This year the ministry has 39 participants.

UPDATE: As of approximately 2:00pm the group has ridden 55.9 miles.

Keep checking in for updates throughout the day.
