Feminist Art Group Holds an Exhibit

Athens, Ga- Stirring up chaos in the latest Georgia Museum of Art exhibit is The Guerrilla Girls. An anonymous group of feminist artists are “Not Ready To Make Nice” and plan to rapidly raise awareness about gender inequality in the art and film industries internationally. The Guerrilla Girls wear masks to hide their identities and hang-up sarcastic posters and stage protests that point out the lack of women artists in museums. This exhibit will be held until March 1st. Tune in at 5:00 to see what Reporter Aaron Jones saw at this exhibit.
