Georgia Athletics Weekend Cancellations

ATHENS, GA — Friday’s classes have yet to be cancelled here at the University of Georgia. While we’re keeping our fingers crossed for that (Or are we? Saturday classes? No thank you!) some of this weekend’s sporting events around campus have been cancelled or postponed due to this week’s inclement weather.

The Gym Dogs meet that was originally set for tomorrow night against Missouri has been cancelled due to travel issues for the Tigers. The meet will not be rescheduled. The Gym Dogs will return to compete in Athens on Saturday, March 1 against Arkansas. Contact the UGA Ticket Office at 1-877-542-1231 for information on a ticket refund.
