ICYMI: Changes in Fee for Inmate Phone Calls

Every time an inmate makes a phone call, it means more money for Athens-Clarke County. A new contract approved by the ACC commissioners in September will bring in $1.25 million from inmates’ calls over the next five years. Reporter Zack Sims took a look at how this contract came about.
